If you want to see what it’s like to ride the Tour de France (without the grueling training and incredible stamina), you can tour the route with the newest feature from Google Maps.
With Google Maps’ Street View, you can virtually see the entire route of cycling’s most famous race
The Google Maps page includes a tutorial to Street View and links to the Tour de France’s YouTube channel and official website.
The Tour de France—which we recently ranked the No. 7 international sports event—culminates July 27 with the triumphant trip down the Champs-Élysées in Paris.
